  1. veedublee, i saw her at selkirk , hows she getting on , i read about the other mishap, i told you mine broke both bones in front leg , he was'nt rushed , has recovered brilliantly too, even catching game now too , so all i can say , time the best healer

  4. oh ffs it just gets worse , got in touch with insurance co today , they said i was'nt covered as it was a buisness i was running , ffs treating a few mates??? dogs aint running a buisness , but i'll def no be doingit again thats for sure , after argueing with them about it , i now have tohand in reciepts for all the stuff , who keeps reciepts after 5 years , anyway , phoned all companies who i bought stuff off , theyre only too willing to help with reciepts , so at least thats a bonus

  8. cant believe some people, was on night shift last week, finished on fri morning at 1.40am, got home and went to bed , got up at 10.15am put kettle on and noticed back gate open, very unusual as i always lock it, so i looked outside, f*****g kennel had been broken into, b*****ds had nicked , my porta-mag, biomag 2, lure machine, tiablo ag 10 torch, these items all needed by me so if anyone hears of them for sale , pm me , there'll be a small reward for there return, and probably a hospital visit for the thiefs if i find out who nicked them theyre nothing but dirty thieving scum
  9. just a quick answer ---- dont give up on pup , mine broke both bones in front leg at 14 weeks , he's no as strong and fast as ever , so dont give up hope, natures a funny thing -----good luck though ---den
  10. if it's a torn gracillis , it's time is limited , wont heal properly if torn the tendon sheath , causing a hernia like swelling, the most horrifying injury any running dog can get , best of luck with the vets prognosis, keep us informed ----atb den

  13. The racing didn't overrun - we filled the cards for the simo quickly and got started nice and early. For some reason it was arranged for the judging of the championship to run simultaneously with the racing - a time issue I guess. yes but very easily corrected with a little communication Yup - your comment has been noted no being critical, just a point of veiw, personally i thought things went brill ,

  16. had a great day--the 540, odd miles round trip was worth it though , ronnie won the overs , had a chat with penny , but could'nt get a discount on her book , soz penny , but i'll buy it i promise, spoke with a few familiar faces , but missed simon , sorry pal. also, congrats to viki on winning championship----??? if i'm honest though , the only gripe i have , was the racing had to continue during the championship final , therefore not all dogs in the final were concentrating due to the euphoria at the racing, apart from that, i think STAT and the crew did a sterling job---roll on 2012

  21. i'll need to think about that, it's all to do with the cricket club committee, theyre a bit stubborn to say the least , but it would'nt take too much to organise i dont think, so we'll have to see

  23. well on reflection , i think i made a mistake , cos i never had a cross breed in the working dog section , not thinking about it , but to be honest , she was probably scared you beat her , but next year for def i'll make sure theres a x breed in the working dog show , as i said were always open for improvement
