i had 1 out of 18 kits which had a shorter tail im taking it that the jill bit it by mistake whilst cleaning the kits it went to a pet home so all good think they called her stumpy

mine get a varied diet which consists of rabbit,hare,chicken,duck,squirrels,crows,pheasant,pigeons both woodies and ferals,venison,and any mice i catch during the winter as long as they look clean. All food stuff is frozen before hand to eliminate bugs etc and mine all seem to be ok on this diet i use dry when im stuck but they tend to dig in the bowls rather than eat it

pure t tree oil diluted in warm water this is what they use in maternity hospitals when woman get rips or tears as its a very good antiseptic but mild at the same time but as always avoid the eyes or good old fashioned salt water

i have 18 kits from 2 jills all in together and the kits have been on chicken carcasses and whole rabbits guts and all from 3 weeks of age there now 6 weeks and everyone is as strong as the next and there of silver gened jills to an albino hob so maybe if the silver gene is stronger in the mix it maybe weakens the kits like already suggested just a thought

dam is 3/4 whippet 1/4 bedi 22" and the sire is roughly 1/2 saluki 1/2 greyhound with a dash of rough collie 26/27" my question is how big do you think these pups will make?

aquired a dog at 5 months ,hes now 10 months he came with the name LAURIE but im not struck on it and its a bit tongue tying when you call him if you know what i mean so i was just wondering if anyone has ever changed a dogs name at a young age and how hard it was for the dog to adjust also any suggestions to what i should change it to polite answers only please lol
