    Probably a combination of road walking sprinting and anything else you can think of is the way forward but it only prepares them and not proper fit till they done a fair bit of work But we all no that so just do the best you can eh

    Now im not slagging them off and i dont know much about them but the doxhope fella in one his books says that his bred down ones were miles better than his f1s at rabbits and from the photos they look like medium sized smooth coated lurchers of any other cross
