    i know what you mean samba but these guys are not the brainiest folk,they have been getting caught in the same places for years now,its just since the change in laws that you are hearing about it

    i think this is the fourth set of guys caught this year,the police are really cracking down up here the now one guy got 6 months a few months ago and the dogs taken off him,the thing is they know the places they are going are watched to hell but they still go
