My good mate is a full time farmer now .and he has started lambing early .hes had bother this last week .only 2 of us could go due to this lock down shite .we down 2 banks and accounted for a big dog fox .all the busher down extremely well .pushed him out fast and was cleanly shot .

After doing numerous spots and getting soaked to the skin .we tried the last earth of the day .brian entered and was in for about 15minutes .fox bolted and the gun couldnt fire as it wasn't a safe shot .there for another day ,good to see.little bushers had a great hunt after him .keeps them ticking.

Back out again today trying earths round pheasant penned areas .another fox bolted and shot .

Weekend away ,terriers only ,had a great weekend with some top fellas ,done a lot of spots, 5th spot of day was right next to pheasant pen .brian showed lot of interest outside if earth .then in he popped .5 mins ,we could hear him running about screaming. Fox out and was shot by my lad . Second day.my lad and and keeper went stalking for reds .they ended up with a nice red hinde . We pushed a couple of spots out and missed a easy fox ?? Young lad who missed it got some real stick . 40 years my dad has been top friends with keeper .all started over a gifted terrier .

5 out 3 shot .First fox of dsy was produced in big gorse ,im positive there was 2 ,but only 1 was seen out .he was shot by farmers son. 2nd fox of the day was put to ground spot was a big spot .keeped bolting and going back wouldn't commit to leaving the spot .terrier called out and we walked away. 3 fox was found in big Marsh, which surprised us at its done nothing but rain . Cleanly shot by one of the lads. last spot of the day produced 2 foxes 1 was cleanly shot other ran for another day . Excellent day .my wrist watch said I had done 8 miles .but felt

3 foxes out today, first spot drew a blank .2nd spot was a big gorse patch that produced 2 .1 used a small stream edge to avoid a gun .excellent fox that .,1 ran to ground in a big spot .so was left 3 fox of day was in another patch of whins on a fellside ,keepers son shot him .exvellent day out .

Lad who comes with us has a sprocker it won't hunt with my little pack .just bobbles along on its own .when they find, it duns about for a bit and comes back .but she is a hell of a rabbiting dog .will put pheasants up on days rough shooting .

Great little dogs for bushing rabbits etc .sometimes they will favour birds if lot in your area very busy all the time .they won't hunt to far ahead of you and will keep checking back. But versatile little animals.
