    Anyone on here working smaller lurchers on foxs. Iv a bitch there 11 months at 22" but strong. might start her at the end of the season. hopefully she'll make the grade.....fingers crossed. ?

    And the biggest problem is the young lads today don't know a bad dog when they see them. Rating dogs as top class when they are pure dirth.....then breeding off them????

    Totally agree. The lurcher game is a joke. Breeding dogs that never got tested. Dogs should have at least 6 hard seasons under there belts then consider breeding them. Only young lads breeding for the sake of it.

    Cheers mate. Shes bull, wippet, collie, grayhound crossed with a bull, grayhound, deerhound. Lacking abit in size shes only 22" hopefully she can make up for it with heart. Time will tell?

    It'll be only the odd rabbit for this bitch this season as shes only 11 months. She'll be seeing alot more next season.

    Iv called them in the evening without a decoy but i find them very weary and they seem to concentrate on where the call is coming from. I put a electronic caller out with the decoy and the foxs seem to fly into it. No decoy in the photo but ill get some photos up of it tomorrow ?

    Anyone els use a rabbit decoy to call foxs in the evening. Iv had great success over the years with it.

    Old bitch i had...11 in the photo. Died the following year of cancer. Iv some great memories with her.
