I'm very quiet tbh too quiet for my own good which has probably given me just as much trouble as the gobshites you see on a night out. I haven't trained in over a year now but I'm still in decent nick tbh, I can get in shape very quick but I'm not getting any younger so I should imagine it will keep taking longer. I'm looking pretty lean to say I'm weighing around 17 stone atm.

I used to train at Ludas Magnus owned by a well known MMA fighter who fought in the UFC but I prefer Boxing if I'm being honest although now I'm older I find MMA easier to get back straight into. Are you into it then?
