I know it can be done with the right number of dogs but I don't know of anyone who has pulled one down and kept one down with one dog. If you've got a game dog and you slipped it on one single handed the dog is going to be in big trouble if it comes to terms with the animal.

Is that the Lake District or Scotland?I photographed them up in Scotland last week matey,just had a couple of days up there hiking with the Pom lolI was working up near Aberfeldy and I could see them from the log cabins we were staying in. Back in the day we have ran them down Leicestershire and they have been seen not far from where I live in Rotherham. ROTHERFCUKING HAM....THEMS CAMELS YOUR SEEING DOW THAT WAY.LOL Very likely the local Rag Ead's pets....... ?

As you say mate, the hinds bloody big never mind the Stags , was over one day at Cannock chase staffs, few years back , and it was in jan had been snowing few days before , and some of the ground was hard . just mooching about , went to this field , the gate was 1/2 open , the bottom of the gate was wedged solid in to the floor, where mud/water had frozen it, they no way could move it, to close or open , it was stuck fast, me and a mate couldn't not move it no way. i don't think they should ever straight line a good lurcher. maybe they have a bigger stride and cover the ground quicker than it looks like That's exactly how it was, it was like watching Frankel down the final furlong and the way it cleared the ditch was a sight to behold.

I can remember the last time I saw one ran a good few years back by a kid I know who had some huge Bull/Greyhound/Deerhound types, I don't think they were the quickest of animals but they were proper powerhouses. The Stag was turned into the middle of the field and we slipped the dogs and no word of a lie the Stag straight lined the Fcukers, jumped a massive ditch and made it's escape into the woods. The way the beast was galloping no dog on God's earth would have stopped it single handed, it would have bulldozed the lot of the fcukers at that rate.

A bit like every politician then......Trump is supposed to be different though? That's supposed to be his appeal? That's nonsense anyway, there's plenty of politicians who have good intentions and work tirelessly for their constituents and do good work, they just don't generally make it to the top because things like principles get in the way on that climb Give the man a chance, it's not how you start it's how you finish........ ?
