  1. they were all way before the ban,so yes they are legal, but you know how it is these days,in fact there will be a few on moaning that pics are no good for the game but hey you can't please everyone, there are many on here that seem to think I've only ever had Plummers not realising I kept many types that were all worked regular, Plummers suit me since the ban but they are under-rated as a fox dog,WM my bitch "MYLIE" legally killed under the hunting act,WM
  2. I'll probably get shouted at by "farmhand 66" for putting up this pic in this section as only digging lads can post on here LOL's but this lurcher was "special", "KALE" stood 28TTS" and we never bought him until he was 5yrs old off lads that had used him on deer, never really saw a fox until he came to us but what a dog, I can't for the life of me understand why we never bred a litter off him in this pic he caught and killed it after "JESS" had clean bolted it under that pigeon shed across a garden,he was a lovely natured dog that would get hold of the first th
  3. Few out the bales Freezing cold morning checking barns and bale stacks, we bolted 4 out of these all killed and one that the terriers killed in the middle of this lot, we eventually got it out after tieing up all the terriers bar my bitch "ROLLO" she would retrieve anything, anywhere, end of dig pics of pups on a carcase after 2 hour dig on a railway embankment and shot, my bitch "ROLLO" was the black and white bitch on the right of second pic ,one of my best allround terriers I've ever owned, worked her till 9yrs old and lost her on a road after a fox,she was never interested
  4. Stuck about the house at the moment so thought I'd put a few pre-ban pics, WM "JESS" "Jess" was a sister to TH dog "Spider", she was always a bit too hard for me and everything was a dig, I only used her in certain places as she would be in sick bay after every dig, she could be a pain in the van having to keep her separate always, she was undershot,so was never bred off by me, I gave her to a keeper locally aged 6ish due to her getting harder and harder with age. a start of the season sha
  5. A recent day out with some of mine,WM
  6. Phony Tony and "new labour" f*cked this country doing a deal to ban hunting if elected, then having no border controls allowing millions of 3rd world immigrants in without checks, he then let the banks dictate the finances of this country running them into the red whilst paying themselves huge bonus's,he left brown with a shitty stick to hold whilst he destroyed all paperwork, etc that linked him to the WMD and dodgy deals whilst in power, should of been arrested for war crimes phoney tw*t,WM
  7. My brother has one,he's never drove it,he tells everyone he buys his mrs a new car every 3 years LOL's, the joke is he's a magistrate, mason and kingsize knob head, he's not supposed to be able to take more than 2 steps from the car unaided and yet he works as a handyman, fecking laughable if it wasn't such a pisser, WM

  12. Great picky Marshman, there were plenty of rabbits everywhere back then when that was taken and getting animals into the country was a lot easier with there being no rabies about, most dogs like saluki's etc came back with officers serving king and country abroad, the officers had a lot of spare time and it was not unusual to have some sport coursing, etc, in their spare time,in those days we had been ruling the world as a commonwealth with men serving right across the middle east, asia, etc, so favourites would of been brought back as a matter of course. I was a kid in the 60's and the countrysid
  13. Didn't realise it was for me mole but you'll be waiting a long time for me to play your games,WM
  14. I still can't get my head around culling male pups, surely if the bitches were good enough to breed from then the dogs would of done a job for somebody, how old were they when you killed them ??? I don't see how you can call it your stuff if the original bitch and a recent stud were both NS, WM I get the fact you don't understand about culling why would you ,you never have .I took on the litter like I said to improve it using my own stud dog over successive bitches .The dogs may of made very good workers but my intention was always to bring the blood into mine mainly for the coat .Kennel spac

  17. My last walk every night consists of at least 3 terriers,a lurcher and my lamp, never had any problems and they catch quite a lot, I've also lamped a terrier on its own on rabbits, she caught 3 out of 4 so nothing unusual round here,WM
  18. Just been looking through a few pics from the last few weeks and this made me laugh, its a free for all chase, you'd swear FINN has this rabbit but I've got the next 4 pics all taken within a second and he goes flat on his a*se rolling over, typical pup putting it all into one strike,WM
  19. Welcome to the dark side,LOL's, I'll be keeping the thread updated with plenty of pics as she grows, I'm made up with the pup,she travels really well and has been all over the country with me the last 2 weeks, I've been taking her with us to Evesham the last few Mondays to a few farms we do and she loves birds and the rest of the stuff we bring back, she's very laid back and relaxed in her temperament showing plenty of affection for a saluki cross, her coat is really changing at the moment, growing thick and a lighter colour, that little picky eater is now eating everything before her and piling
  20. I read his classic a hawk for the bush as a kid flying spars it really fired me up, I read every book I could get my hands on about falconry or hawking, quite old fashioned when I look back on them classics,as the falcon her bells,a treatise on hawks and hawking, etc, still have a few of them,WM
  21. Most pension funds have a poor return when you understand how they work, the only good scheme was run by government bodies for their employees of the NHS,civil servants, firemen etc, it was that good you could retire after 25yrs in fact many council workers had better pay after retirement, that was gotten rid of a number of years ago and its replacement is no better than a lot of private funds. Maxwell was the start of the rot when he stole 18million out of his employees pension fund and disappeared using it to fund a lavish lifestyle, many others followed suit leaving pensioners that had paid int
