Serious hunting related stuff? Are you scared of anti's, have you anything to hide? Keep it legal and respectful of what you hunt and how can there be a problem.. I think the main issue is people bitch on about nothing, how can members who rarely post anything hunting related, moan about others, put some effort in and share your experiences with everyone, if all were of the same mindset of just coming on and reading, not posting there wouldn't be a forum... What do you contribute in the way of threads wilf ? Are you classed as a respected member, one of the small spatterings...?

I use 58gr vmax for fox and roe deer, does both jobs very well and to be honest when shooting chest shots on the deer, they do very little damage to be honest... I wouldn't use anything else now..

I've got the knack now gary, once there out its pretty easy to slide them back in using the supplied rod, mount all the baffles on the rod, holding horizontal then slowly guide one baffle in at a time and they go in pretty easy.... but if you can clean them ok with the standard gun cleaner whilst intact the jobs a good un

I think they look great, personally any colour does me as long as there well made....one things for sure you won't leave one of them beauties behind Bigredbusa not everyones looking over their shoulder, if your on permission and any ramblers come up kicking a fuss, use a bit of harsh language, if that doesn't work give them the hairy side...

One of the baffles in the rifle (end baffle) was different to the rest, supposedly it shouldn't of affected anything but I phoned Jackson Rifles up to confirm how the mod should be seated, and clearance of cap.they stated it should consist of 18 baffles and sent me two new baffles in the post free, which I received next day, 10/10 for customer service .... Also stated when tightening cap, to nip it up further tighten, then give the mod a whack on a wooden bench, with a soft cover like a piece of carpet, then try and tighten a bit more, as baffles might shunt slighty also try and nip up a littl

When myself and pegangun were out last week checking snares, a rabbit had been caught in a peg snare, chewed through the twine and must of thought screw you freedom!!! Then ran 20yd up to the fenceline and into a fence snare Just as a matter of interest does anyone use four strand wires,I've been using the four and the six strand, I got some four strand pegs of phil, just goes to show hes not the tightest man in the northern hempishere.... -

Yes bit awkward Tony I find if the last baffle is placed with the hook pointing towards the screw cap, everythings fine, put it the other way and the baffles are loose and the cap screws flush... Theres meant to be few mm gap on the screw cap.... Saying that can't remember what it was like before I unscrewed the lot, just being cautious...
