You and mackem eat like kings
-
Yes mate , I’m fine . Had a craic with Jimmy with the little black dogs and his mate the stick maker with the Beddy’s from the Flimby Club. I had a deer/grey qualify for the Cock ‘o the North but the judge seemed keen on the little rabbiting types. Hows little Jacko doing, but I guess he isn’t so little now, is he into the dogs ? Cheers.

Feck that they didn’t do alcohol pops , just some nasty shit called ale or gin ….

Seeing as you have admittedly never done a day's work in your life then I think it's only fair you name the price, I don't want to see you out on the street, I'm a lot of things but I'm not that rotten.
-
You call it it’s your bet to call
-
You come to the King, the King doe not come to you. I will have you the bet that you won't come to Doncaster waters in a fortnight, how much are we saying?
-
You say where bud offer is there I’m just putting it out there quick chat and a handshake can’t do any harm can it
-
Ah, I long for Victorian pub days....
-
Good on them, but nothing to do with the usual gripe on here.
-
Oh here we go, my shadow is back. You've got that many usernames your location is world wide. And I guarantee in two weeks it'll be the usual, "I'm 6 hour away i bet you won't meet me." Hahahaha
-
I was all for going bud,I was going to fetch the pups over for a bit of socialising as with me being such a miserable b*****d it's probably something they could do with,as it happened my lad took the pups out for first light & hadn't returned soon enough for me to bring them so they missed out on socialization & I missed out on a bit of craic.. regarding the Flimby crew your bang on Richie,I think half the village had made the journey & I know Julie absolutely cleaned up with her dog's on the day..hope you're keeping well bud?
-
Ffs didn’t take long until the gull got all in a flap again.. I think the only way the poor sod can ever save face is to actually face someone he gripes with but I’d doubt it’ll ever happen. I’m in the UK in two weeks and again in November I’m more than happy to chance it if you are buddy?

Ahh….the nostalgia ! All the local pubs had domino handicaps on a Saturday and Sunday morning, very well attended and good prize money. Also had darts and pool handicaps and the whippet lads would all be in there after the racing , arguing who had the best dog and throwing out challenges ! Now it's families with kids out for dinner on a Sunday and everyone watching football on a Saturday, pubs aren’t what they were, well at least for old Luddite’s like me ! Cheers.
