Just finished building my new avery it's split in to four sections for different birds

Another question for anyone ..what would be the best colour to paint the boarded area..should i just wood stain it or do it white..i was thinking white might alter the natural look to it for the bird's.. :hmm:

Don't rule out using white or light paint for the boards,if i were you i'd get it built first then see how dark the flights are,be easy enough to paint them once the roof etc's done.After all you do want to see the birds :thumbs: and not just have them hiding away in a dark flight.

i always paint the inside of cages a pale green and the weldmesh on flights black, makes the birds stand out :thumbs:

This is where i am upto for now..doing it on my own does not help and these dark night's are a ball ache when you want to crack on..not too worry though i will get there in the end.. :whistling:
