I am asking my landlord of my permission, but he will ask above him on the ladder. At the moment he can think that there may be one stumbling block from above, thats going to be disclaimers just incase we hurt one another or fall down rabbit hole.

Depends on other thigs actually - I MIGHT be on expedition to the south of Chile - Magellan Strait. If it comes off I will be leaving on Boxing Day and away a month.
