You know i wouldn't kow tow to them!

Trespass is a complicated offence, but also quiet simple..........invitation can be withdrawn at any point, just because i invite you in today doesn't mean i would tomorrow! Its probably best though to state you are only invited in this once to see whatever, and end it with please dont come back.......but if a person is invited in and you then want them to leave they must, or you can use force to throw them out! Thats the law that covers doormen at pubs/clubs the punter has had their invitation withdrawn and is asked to leave....if they dont they get thrown out and its a lawful ejection!

But as i said trespass is only a civil matter (although it is a pre-requisite to burglary to be a trespasser-but thats only completed if you then steal whilst trespassing....i.e. you invite me into the living room, you go to the toilet and go into the kitchen(you didn't invite me in there-so i trespassed) and i nick something from the kitchen= burglary) but normal trespass unless other can be proved (like unlawful intent) is a civil matter and you its ejection, or civil court......but you would be unsuccesful in court.

DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR DOOR, IF YOU REALLY CANT DO IT OVER THE PHONE THEN MAKE SURE YOU DONT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOUSE. TALK TO THEM ON THE DOORSTEP. REMEMBER THEY HAVE NO RIGHTS AT ALL TO ENTER YOUR PROPERTY. IF YOU HAVENT GOT A LOCK ON YOUR GARDEN GATE THEN GET ONE, YOU MIGHT COME HOME TO FIND THEM ALREADY IN YOUR YARD SNOOPING, IF THERE IS A LOCK THEN THEY ARENT ALLOWED TO ENTER. REMEMBER THEY ARE A BUNCH OF ANTI W*NK*RS, WOULDN'T TRUST THEM AS FAR AS I CAN THROW THEM.

Well did the honest thing, spoke to the inspector on the doorstep she said it was about the ferrets, didn't let her through the house she went round the back, showed her the run etc. Stood for around ten minutes looking at them and the run. Apparently the person that phoned said they were "killing eachother". Explained about breeding seasons etc and how they sometimes fight and also that they squeek and chirp when they're playing as she didn't really know anything about ferrets :search: and off she toddled saying she needs to make no recommendations so didn't even need to write any slips out or get me to sign anything. How painless was that and no need to irritate people.

P. S. she said there won't be any need for a 2nd visit at all as there was no problems.

P. P. S. Another thing I did say that this wasn't an open invitation to come onto the property without either myself or the Mrs present, at this point she replied that they don't do that anyway?!?

There is a good chance that you will be cautioned using the words “You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not now mention something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidenceâ€.

Please officer, don't hit me again.
