lofti 579
me and my friend finished work and took the pups out with the lamp tonight the black one, tess has been out twice before and only ever had a few runs. her sister sara had been out in the day before but this was her first time with the lamp. tess was first to catch and it was a sitter only moving slightly. this one had mixy! sara then had two on the row they ran a bit but both had the mixy too. there was no rain and very little wind and any good rabbits seemed to be very wise to the lamp and to far to slip the pups on, just as we were giving up hope of a good run i saw a decent one moving in front of me ,sara saw it and was on it she seemed to hold back at first, but then picked it up, only to drop it again! she then give chase again very fast and hit the rabbit hard. then sat with her proper fist catch very pleased with herself. on the way back to the van my mate sliped tess on one about 30 yrd away she got to it fast turned it then hit it hard, rolling over but holding on. we were one min away from the van. both pups had caught there first rabbit and i was well chuffed. cheers lofti.
