cumbria to Cleethorpes

Im travelling to cleethorpes in an hour or so, from cumbria

 

There is a few floods around cumbria this morning.

 

Is there any roads between cumbria & cleethorpes that i need to be wary of? Flooding, High winds etc.....

 

I will be going down the A66 to Scoth Corner, Down the A1 to junction 44 then onto the m62. M18. M180 A180 A1098

You might see plenty of indigenous wildlife on fridays and saturdays,mainly nocturnal,shortly after kicking out time,only went there once,that was enough,if I had spent longer than a week there I would have been on anti-depressants :icon_eek:

well i live here so it cant be that bad!!! thorpe park doing some cheap camping/ caravan hols at the moment.. be warned though what ever you do dont use there chippy ..

Im stopping at the thorpe park caravan site. We got it cheap in them "SUN" holidays.

i wanted to bring the deerhound X :D

 

But if i left the pup at home on his own, he'd probably whinge the place down.

 

Plus, the missus' wouldnt be too happy about it either :D

nearest fish and chips north sea lane [just near thorpe park] ok

if you go into cleethorpes beckets in the market place. great..

and if you see a bloke on a bike with an alsation running long side me..
