hi every one

just got back from a new permission from a builder friend of mine its about half an hour away . but a good little piece of land ,bunnies every where now he has had the grass cut .last time i was there i counted 50 bunnies in total the middle of the field and on every hedge line round the perimeter.

 

i got there about 7pm so straight out with the AAS410 walked over to the fence and rested me AA on took aim THWACK up it goes and down it comes dead.

see the others head pop up when they seen this happen and managed to THWACK another close to it then entered the field .see more about 60yds away so hugged the hedge line nice tight crouch and slow movement towards them got about 10yds into me stalk and 2 popped right out in front of me must of been 5yds so motionless i stood for about 5 minutes ,let them settle and started to raise the AAS410 as soon as i did they clocked me and fooked off

 

so carried on up to the others and got within 35yds and decided to crawl another 5 because there was a nice big lump of cut grass on the floor and could use as cover.

so got me self settled breathing under control and waited for a while 10-15 minutes then I'm was ready took aim on the nearest THWACK its over up pop their heads THWACK not a twitch the others all went to the tree line and THWACK got it just before it got away

 

by this time i had lost much of the light so back to the van and get me other AAS410 with the NV unit on this time i went anti clock wise round got in to the field and walked about 20yds and turned on the NV and could see bunnies at about 50yds so took ten silent paces switched it on again and still there so another ten steps now down in the prone position

cross hairs locked THWACK and THWACK both straight over . so over i go to get them and there is only one little fooker got away and i see it go right over as well . so had a little walk round again and i think they all wised up cos there was nothing around for about half hour so i decided to call it a night and headed back to the van had a last look and there was 1 right by the van so sneaked up to the fence and lent on it took aim THWACK and thank you and good night .
