hello peeps looking at my ten year old bitch today dont no weather its the heat or she just old but ive seen her take 2 fits do you think its ok to give her a jab of pen or shud i just leave her

 

Might be the heat taking sommat out of her, could try recharge or sommat like diarylyte (powder you mix with water after youve had the squits).

burnie is there summik here are you an anti she has been a good dog she is 10 and im asking for advise so i dont have 2 take the short straw she has been a good dog through her life and ide rather let her see her days through insted of just being a bit heat i hope thats all it is and nothing else ........if you had a dog that long would you just dspose so easy i do not think so ............

For me it speaks volumes about someone who has an old terrier around and still looking to hold on,only a plonker knocks a dogs whos served him well for 10 years.Vets know how to charge and why not ask on here of lads who may have had similar experiences,all the best with the bitch mate.

I had a Jack Russell bitch that started taking fits when under pressure ie. long walks, hot day etc. at around the age of nine.

I didn't bother with the vet and just put up with it. When she took a fit we just made sure she was safe and waited 'till the fit took it's course.

She lived to be 17.
