stubby 175
a big thank you to you pat, thats half filled the freezer, and the pugs said thanks was a very enjoyable evening, even though I did have to race home and then go to work and as much fun as it is shooting, see'ing all those fresh dig's, makes you want to get the ferts down there or i see so do you just put them in freezer bags and thor them out when there ready?ATB Gilly... gilly, they get put in the freezer, with their fur coats on, but minus their feet(get more in that way) leaving the fur on, means not having to worry about freezer bags, the fur stops them sticking together, roughly one full size rabbit is enough to feed each night, so the rabbit is taken out the night before, placed in a fly proof bag to defrost by the following evening, 6pm ish, I then skin, de-head (hobs get head) and chop the carcuss up into portions, to then divide between all the ferts, some get a little more (jills with kitts) and some get a bit of biscuit added Quote Link to post
