Both small and light from European working lines. Just started lamping younger dog, very quick learning to look down the beam and fast enough, but only had half dozen runs, no catches as the dog needs to learn, loses lots of ground when he realises the rabbits actually turn :11: Will have to wait for new battery as old one has died. Will post photos when learn how Stabs have you lamped with yours? Quote Link to post
Stabs 3
I used to lamp with that dog all the time Simoman. He's a bit old now though but he was alright on sitters in his day :11: If they got up though he'd struggle Chart....you've got to join photobucket or something similar and upload your pics on there and then you can bang them on here mate Quote Link to post
Guest Nightwalker
I have had huge fun and a lot of kills lamping with terriers - I often do this on very rough ground unsuitable for longdogs and have also lamped with collies and an alsatian Quote Link to post
Simoman 110
This is my younger dog, good stamina and pretty quick for a shepherd. Works well with terrier and should be ok on the lamp Quote Link to post
