Had this about 3years now.I can walk the dogs for half an hour in the morning and an hour at night and a single charge lasts weeks.You could definitely run rabbits with it in sensible fields and Ive even spotted foxes at a few hundred yards with it and called them in.Brilliant bit of kit but like someone's said it can get a bit warm with continuous use.

I believe this is correct, my eyes see an amazing pool of white light from my HT18 LED but not the detail seen with my conventional lamp. We've all seen there are LEDs with different white light spectrums (eg house lighting) but it seems manufacturers favour the bright white
