Blind set

Moon was up but fancied a quick drop with 25 yarder. Slim pickings around here now a days. Picked blind set so no worries about the moon. Caught sod all. According to the dog the two that were out missed the net by few yards . Not to worry nice to run it out any way

What net is it Terry ? What Z and mesh size ? Am kicking myself , I gave all my nets away years ago. I had a nice 2 1/4 6z trad 50 yarder off Brain Brinded years ago. Now I've got a thermal I fancy odd trip out again. Not many bunnies about , but could get odd drop. I've just looked at nets for sale and all basket jobs and hardly any trad ones apart from that cheap 4z green ones.  I've still got a set of end pins in my garage so I just need the net. Haven't got the time or patience to knit my own.

Wasn’t Brian brinded up in Caithness mate?It would be interesting to net using a thermal to see how the rabbits reacted.

Netrigger on here is your man, I’d out a wager on it that his nets are up there with the very best of them if not the best, his double stranded trad nets are  the dogs bollocks, my fave web in my arsenal haha

Yeah he was mate , and it was a decent net as well I had. And yeah I reckon with thermal game changer

There is a hemp one on eBay, over £180  plus delivery £200 quid !

We had a play about a few years back when nv first come out, it was eye opening watchjng how rabbits reacted, an how many we missed haha but all good fun, I’d like a try of a Thermal but missus won’t gee me enough money for one haha haha so I’ll have to save up myself haha haha

Get it touch with @netrigger mate, I vouch for the mans quality and service, I’d never touch a hemp net again, that one must be getting sold as an antique haha cos that’s only place I’d use one is hanging in man shed or summat haha

4z is what you want for night netting, tangles them up lovely, netrigger is second to none when it comes to hand knitted nets, also nelson of nelsons net loft does good traditional net's at a good price, 4z, and 2 1/8th mesh, I have 2 of them and they good nets
