A mate of mine is making some cracking collars, he was in the queens guards for years and became a master sadler making all the tack for the royals especially queen Elizabeth,

He's given me a couple of collars to see what lads think, lot of work goes into these collars and all done by hand

No takers for these collars,

Going to be putting 3 up for charity to help food bank and homeless center out now winter kicking in.

Thought I'd give the lads on here a chance before posting on two face book

How much ?

Cheers.

All different prices mate but range from 30 to 45 each and that's a great price considering amount of work going into making one,the collar with dear heads would like nice on deerhound x,

If you would like one measure your dogs  collar and let me know.

All money raised from these will go to the homeless, food banks

Thanks for the reply.

It sounds a lot for a collar, but taking into consideration the excellent work , the time to make and the cost of the materials it probably isn’t.
Cheers.

That's cheep mate, I remember paying 55  for a collar from black pony 10 year ago and his work not on same level as these collars, I'll pop them on fb at £5 a number and they do well for the homeless charities, they not cheep bits of crap, like you say hours upon hours of work in these, they all hand stitched by a master sadler,

Can imagine , haven’t been to a lurcher show in maybe 30 year since I was a young lad with a strong stuff collar 😅

I did like a game fair but went to the game fair 2 year ago in Oxford and didn’t enjoy it

Up till 2 years ago I use to enjoy it every year but last one seemed more like a festival than a gamefair

trouble I’ve found with lurcher shows that as I got older my bullshit alert warning has got highly sensitive and I just can’t stand and listen to it any more 🤣
