White got some silkie roosters to add to the flock , still only one of the hens is laying ,quail are still doing there thing , got some fans installed in the green house and it's been getting packed . Didnt go for chops this time wanted mainly sausage and bacon. 24 joints 60lb Sausage 40lb bacon joints, currently curing These have much less fat on them than previous ones. Could be the breed (Brittish sadle back X Pietrain) or could be that we managed feed better, or a combination of both. Now I need a plan for the pig pen in-between.
