Elbow is more the bone. Fell on my elbow then handle bar in my rib. Was going about 15 mph. Lol. Front break straight on. That's when a knew I was f****d

Once I tried biking my Wheaton bitch ended up with 3 broken fingers,wrist and spending out £200 on straightening my bike lesson learnt,easier to let her free run after the kids on their motorbikes
