From Slough head back towards Uxbridge to Black park, pick any field or woods around there. Also round there is some nice lakes, which I used to fish as a youth, they used to be on the same ticket as the big gravel pit I fished just up the road at Denham/Harefield. Plenty in the river Colne right upto the M1 & trout used to be in the Chess, never give the canal a look for fishing, I probably put more fish in their than I ever caught , around Hayes, Southall as a youth! But its a good wildlife corridor along the Colne valley.

All around that area used to be good for mooching about, further along the M40 is more shooting, towards Henley aswell, all wick with muntjac, I used to have plenty of sport all around there, paid pest control, full permission or dont get chased first couple of times & its permission. Allright for scratching around with a dog for a run and a few bushers, be too warm for me for a dig though unless with a keeper. Dress like a rambler not an assasin.
