Bye, it's been great having you around.

All the best bud. I’m raging I’ll never get to see how your pup gets on and how many KOs you get. I’ll just have to assume from the bit of form I’ve seen you’ll do f**k all with the dog and you’ll always find a way to mouth off and never face any consequences. It’s an art you’ve got from generations of breeding I suppose hard get that cowardly sheepdog gene out of a line. Be lucky

So after a bit of a delay for one reason and another, back into the tiny home. Decided to take it off the mobile base and put it on a permanent base (mainly after that f***ing monster storm early

Take no notice Jack.....he's housing 20 boat people for the Irish government....lol

Think I may have said before mate, use a coloured fibre cement sheet on the roof.. fairly cheap, last forever, you can get in slate blue or a dark grey etc, plus they reduce the noise of rain beating

What consequences are they? A quick press of the report button? Yep, if I was as cowardly as you I'd take another ten year off.

Pipes straight into sewers no trap the biggest rookie mistake I've ever seen on here poisonous gassed smells bellowing out lol

But I like dc to be fair but he should comment on things he knows about lol lol

What does a vented soil pipe actually do?

It runs onto/into a main line, combined or not...why does a toilet, sink, bath, shower have a trap on it before it hits the soil pipe?

To stop the smell and gasses Sherlock🙈

shall I Google it,and put up a picture?

I don't get what your saying mate ?

If you tap into a sewer for out you p.trap.unless it's already done like a toilet sink etc

your soil pipes up.in the air smell gets took in the slipmstream If it's a bungalow you have a one way trap on the top.of the soil pipe

You'd have to Google why a soil pipe is even open at one end lol

At least you’ve made it clear the type of jobs you work on junkies and meth addicts ffs. Only a messer would keep company with people like that never mind work with them. Makes sense now 🤣

I am ye lol is it laughable ?

Did I work from ten at the biggestt roofing company most likely  Yorkshire? At the biggest  merchants in the ne ?

No offence to newkid I've crated and sized more slate then he's laid lol and in all honesty it's one the most simple jobs there is hard work but simple

I don't do slate roofing, so wouldn't comment much on it...

Over the past 30 years I've pretty much worked on most types of commercial and industrial builds from the ground up, was asked by the holding company of KFC to redesign their existing building envelope to improve the air tightness, this was rolled out nationwide, we built them from Penzance to Glasgow, had to sit countless meeting with architects and other contractors to ensure our details were rolled out, I believe this became the details for all KFC drive through builds after... we had a large supermarket contract, steel, roofing and cladding on Tescos nationwide, loads of roofing and cladding types, single ply flat roof membrane, composite, zinc, fibre cement, aluminium built up systems,...rain screen systems... we had an off shoot from our main business that dealt solely in bespoke steel work, fancy staircases, balustrades, balcony structures etc... we offer a full build package.... from a green field site to completion... I've worked with 100s of architects and engineers... employed 100s of people, loads of different trades... we weren't huge but had 35 direct employed and around 60 subby gangs nationwide at one point....

I bought a massive renovation project with 19 acres of land, at the same time renovated 2 other houses for rental, alongside 3 cottages for air bnb... the main house is nearly 6 years of work so far, using trades but loads by myself....

You may have packed a few slates in your time mate... it honestly means f**k all to me, there's lads on here that I know who I ask advice from constantly on building projects, one lad on here is probably the best welder I've seen, absolute quality workmanship...

I won't go on a back and forth with you about building a garden shed mate, the job we've just finished was a 2 year project, ran alongside 3 sports halls, a school project abd a tennis centre, plus a load of smaller jobs..and we've scaled down to the minimum as I don't need the aggro off know it all's who in truth know f**k all....
