The man who fell to earth one last time.

Just reading this now. Crazy sod crashed into an Italian pool by the reports I'm reading.

I know a guy in the states who mentored Jeb Corliss and he told me that Jeb is lucky to be alive because he just wanted to push the boundaries of what can be done. Apparently he's well on the mend after smashing in to table mountain in SA and f***ing himself right up.. 10+ years later and still on the mend.

Bellend of the highest order....

Thank you !……I was trying to behave myself and not say I thought it was hilarious !

Irony at its finest !……like when those “I’m at one with the wolves” people get eaten…..I think it’s amazing !

I remember a series of BBC documentaries on ‘Extreme Lives’ where they followed an English guy called Adrian Nicholas who was developing a wing suit, and who claimed was the invention of his recently deceased French mate, one Patrick de Gayardon. Nicholas died shortly after, both having died in jumping accidents involving wing suits. The evolution and application if these suits is absolutely incredible now but seems a great many of those who push the boundaries come up against them eventually.., and at great speed. I tip my hat to them. What is it they say, every man dies but not every man lives.

The guy who mentored Jeb was telling me something pretty much the same about the evolution of the wingsuit. In the video I posted Jeb is using an Apache wingsuit. This guy was telling me that that is like 3rd gen tech and they're now on 10-11th gen ;)
