Ethan gunn 1
Hi, I've been bitten by my ferrets before occasionally but now because they are all having phantom pregnancies they drag eachother around non stop, yesterday for some reason one just wouldn't stop biting me which she's never done before,(drew a bit of blood) I normally just leave the bites but after reading up on it I'm now unsure. Although it's unlikely when I've been working them in the winter that they've came across a rabid rabbit and either been bitten or eaten some of the rabbit that they could potentially have rabies just in the state before they show the signs, I know it's a long shot but do you reckon it's a risk to take? I feel like it’s one of those gambles where it’s highly unlikely but still a small possibility. Quote Link to post

Luckee legs 526
Time for me to confess one of my hob ferrets after three years of perfect behaviour became randomly aggressive in last month, is it heat? I needed a few lemon juice interactions to sort this. Also all three of my Jill's came back into season Quote Link to post

I think it's like how they bite a jills neck rather than a nasty bite, but they can still draw blood Edited July 6 by Bendigo 1 Quote Link to post
