What I know about quantum computers you could write on a stamp. What you know about them you could write on the tip of a toothpick in size 50font. The reason the majority of research and dev is done on this in the private sector is because it is so expensive. Of course governments are involved but they cannot budget or raise the capitol to see it through. Then you have the problem of cooling, H3 is the preferred but that is very rare on Earth, so now you have a new space race… but you already knew that. I’d hazard you think AI is nearing Skynet capabilities

Scotty mate.....if what you keep promising doesn't come true......I'm afraid I'm going to look a bit of a mad c**t the same happened with Covid with the ridicules then all the loud ones went radio silence as time went on….. same will happen again

Im a bit old school I prefer the purity of life rather than all this quantum and ai coming along in our day to day life but it’s here to stay.

I've worked in tech for years and still prefer the silence and normality of nature. A friend is now working on a tool that will be removing a system/position in dev teams using AI. He's a professor teaching AI in a very well known university, his PHD is in AI and I'll take his word on what is mate. Not X

But, it will replace people's jobs in the future. Hence I'm working on an idea and creating a prototype to present and get investment. As is my friend (he's well ahead of me mind lol). Two projects that if are realised will kill thousands of jobs. Sad but if you miss the boat you are stuck at the harbour.
