Dead of winter  no such thing anymore mate. Temperatures are up all year round now. Some hares already carrying young in Jan. Climates f****d.

You say winter mate when are hares at there fittest ? Lol. Its definitely not winter . You talk about dead of winter. Not much food about for them. Energy levels low. Come spring that's when the hares are coming into condition not winter. Thats fact not me just saying it.

Most animals are fittest in winter to me lack of food have to get out more there more of a target for predators and what about the likes of foxes some of the best ones are around in winter go slinky as f**k during the summer
