Was watching an old chap on GMB this morning 90 odd years old , him talking just opens your eyes to them wars to modern day wars. Them days must have been hard. Can't believe were going back down that road. f**ked up. One guys 110 years of age. And for them to be caught up in another war " If it does happen " It's f***ing wrong. On a serious note today's not to glorify its to remember the ones that we lost for our freedom. My grandfathers 90 lived them days his father too. And the story's he's told me put hair up on back of my neck. My son says he's not worried but trust me when them bombs start hitting our soil. Fear and survival mode will kick in at once. Typical teen been on that f***ing game black ops thinks he's best thing since sliced bread.

I went to the 50th VJ Day celebrations in London mate, it was a huge day, tens of thousands of people. I stood on tower bridge that evening and watched a great fireworks display. Ended up in that old wooden pup in St Katherine’s dock and all the crew off the royal yacht Britannia were in there…..I was battered and I stood in a table and got them all singing “I’m forever blowing bubbles” before I fell backwards out of a window ! lol Luckily it was ground floor ! Great end to an evening ! 2

Daniel cain 48,189
Give it a few more years, after the last veteran passes..and the government will do away with it altogether,so as not to upset the masses... same way they stopped us calling Easter eggs for Easter Can't help making us feel ashamed for what WE believe in and what once made this country GREAT BRITAIN...
