so from victorian times until the 80s there weren’t no game dogs here lol

Eh, of course, people still matched the Staffs that were over here but it really kicked off when the APBT's started getting imported as they were just superior dogs.

Because regular joe shouldn't own a bulldog and game terriers and game  bulls are completely different animals I'm sure theres plenty boys have working bulls but the game bulls are better staying on t

I'd say from the stupid s**t you're writing you don't actually know as much as you think you do.

Iv'e kept and worked terriers of years now ,but not once did i ever enter a terrier into a earth to go fight with it's quarry and i always did my best in not owning a hard dog or if i had one to use i

When I was a young lad there were a few rolling

dogs about. I was fascinated and trailed round

the shows. The weight pulling and flirt poles

were mind blowing to me back then.

funnily enough I know two judges now albeit

theyre old chaps now.

they judged  a bit in Holland and Eire if I remember right.

Right.

good times

I remember a pretty knowledgeable terrier bloke over here telling me about 3 dogs killing a postman in the UK, I think it was in the 80's. He reckoned they weren't APBT's or staffs but were small fighting dogs around 7kg's. Were these from the original bulldogs before they were sent to America to become the APBT? I don't know if any of you blokes know about this but it was an interesting story.

I very much doubt it, I don't think anyone knows of any original pit dog strains that weren't affected by the show dog, the Staffordshire Bull Terrier?
