spot on mate i needed a dog and a sapling i like was there running well from lucas blood i’d take a chance on it like you say a good in is a good in

My honest opinion is that I think the problem with Lucas was he was getting studded out for money to any bitch and then you were getting a fair amount of shite bred from him as well as fair amount of good dogs which is fair enough the dog proved itself and it's the owners business on what he see's fit. But. I think dogs as good as them should be going to select bitchs to keep the genes strong

A pic of a few dogs owned by London lads in the past. The white bitch was the litter sister to the great grand dam to lucky the dark destroyer i believe. The brindle bitch was a fx saluki greyhound.

No better feeling than bringing a dog on from a pup...giving them a spin at 10/11 month old and  watching it take it's first rabbit/fox/deer etc...no drug comes close Neck😔

I run probably the worst two lurchers in Essex lol saluki bull grey I posted a pick few pages back then got deerhound greyhound x collie greyhound  they do what keeps me happy

Just the crack mate People get to hung up on dogs too many people want this status of being known as atop dog man see it all the time.

im like you mate I'd slip anywhere and distance I've not got an ego to uphold if the dog misses then it misses long as it puts on a good show.

that’s the one mate you can take it to serious spoil days with the holding on waiting etc

he’s a good lad dogs in good order and they run well is enough for me like you say mate

Quality mate that's the sort of style I'm looking for quick killers but also have that wind for when needed. I run all types of land sheep paddocks, moors,  tight hedge land and big land so I like a dog that can do a bit of everything.

the stud I'm using is a fast dog with plenty of wind also. Like anything with breeding it can go either can only cross your fingers and hope for the best.

What was scouser like mate am I right in saying he retired early also ?

He was a fast aggressive runner and good in cover, probably would of been even better if he used his head a bit more but was just desperate to kill so wouldn’t really do any boxing from what I remember
