Well spoken, it's not a competition is it. People take dogs as an extension of themselves and think that if someone else has a better dog then that's a reflection on them, that's not necessarily the case.

He's not my f***ing mate a don't know him personally. Mc said your mate. I've been told by close friends that live next to him in the village. About 9 miles from me. A know lads that have coursed with him. I've always said I've gone out on my own. Years ago a went out with a lad local. But he packed in. With his job driving didn't want to get banned. Which you can't blame him.
