Thats a warm up that Tats , 80 a shiift  is not rare when on containers ( f*cking kills me though 😆 )

I’ve found that mixing short mobility sessions into my day works better than one long stretch; even five minutes here and there loosens things up. Strength-wise, I stick to simple lifts and keep the volume steady. On the supplement front, I’ve used balkan pharma gear before as a small boost during tougher phases, but I still keep my training and diet doing the heavy lifting.
