Cabelas  got a bit of a sale on Leo,the compound and the crossbow are just under £300 and the 360 trailcam is a hundred and odd quid.You still practicing?

Yeah but tbh ive messing with the compound more. Was looking at a Bear one only 29 inches axle to axle

Welcome to the dark side What’s the bear model?I have fired a few,most decent archery stores have a range to allow you to test out a prospective purchase.The bow in the pic on sale is a Bear.

I'd love one of those trail cams mack.   I've just looked on amazon , but the reviews aren't great .

Over the years Mel I have probably had most well known and quite a few generic brands of trail-cam,some brands are hit-and-miss one camera can perform flawless whereas an exact same model can have mediocre performance.I have watched cameras live from abroad which I always find fascinating,I like to see and hear what’s happening,technology is advancing quickly.If the reviews for the 360 aren’t so good it might be why they are only a hundred and odd quid at the minute?

I'm sort of similar,  and I've used a few over the years . They used to be really expensive,  but most of them are very affordable now.

My current main trailcam , can be watched live , and moved around ,  from my phone . It's got an internal battery , and a solar panel . It only cost around £130 ish from amazon , but I looked last week , and you can buy the same cam for less than £70 now.

It's some of the best money I've ever spent .

I'd like one of the live cams that track movements,  but I couldn't find any portable ones . I don't reckon they'll be far away though.

Is it a reolink with the P&T function? I used one of the earlier models around 6 or 7 years back when it was just a static but it had 2-way voice capability,as you say auto-tracking isn’t far off,it’s most certainly out there but hasn’t made it to the civilian market yet.

I went into Bass-Pro to see if they had a Cruzer in stock but the bow tech guy said they had sold the last they had in shop a week back,he test fires all models on the shop range and said it’s a decent bow,easy to work on and tune.2018 I got a top of the range Mathews,within a couple of weeks of its release I had one,beautiful bow,but the bear I bought recently for the equivalent of £55 is actually nicer shooting and equally as accurate than the £1000 2018 Mathews,technology never stops there’s always room for improvement.It’s going to improve your range and accuracy,have you decided to go for it?

I'll try to do a link , but I'm a techno spastic.

You can get ones that track you , but they need WiFi. 

We've actually just sorted mobile WiFi at our woodland,  so a tracking one might be on the cards soon.

You don’t actually need mobile WiFi in the woodland Mel,just keep credit and data on a PAYG SIM.

That cam is incredibly cheap,it looks to be a generic variation of the new types with pan and tilt functions,it looks decent,pings a notice to your phone when activated?

Sorry mack , I didn't explain very well mate .

My current cam ( the one above), has pan and tilt , and has a payg sim card installed,  and I have a monthly plan( about a tenner i think).

But the cameras that follow movement,  need to run off wi fi.
