Accident and emergency

Assisted an old lad up the hospital this morning, he's got a bad infection, fcuk me me when we got there what a shambles, absolutely heaving WI bodies, 5hr waiting list, there was this chap at the entrance in cuffs we a couple of police officers standing.over him he was kicking off , eh what a state this country is is in, I came away I couldn't wait 5 hrs, poor owd lad is still there

He's lucky people are waiting 16 hrs at a+e in the Ulster hospital

A lot of real Brit docs are heading for Oz or the states,real cash to be made especially stateside and great working conditions,thank goodness for the boat loads arriving daily to top up the UK medical brain drain.

there paying an incentive fee of $10,000 for doctors to work here, and $10,000 for nurses to return back to nursing, but they have stay here for 5 years (i think), as they would start here in canada then move to the states for big money....my mates grand daughter is getting $400 a shift nursing....

they are crying out for hospital/construction workers.....

My Mrs has a lot of close family in Canada working as nurses/physical therapists in Canada Tilly,all doing very well indeed.My son and his fiancé met in uni while studying medicine,both living in the states now.Big money in the healthcare sector.
