You can't just do that without good planning and creating a structure that will work for these places. I know the boatloads will increase,civil wars,drought,economic migrants,I have been around a bit,and I always take note,but I still think the third world should take accountability,a lot of these places wanted independence,they got it,so be independent. Their cultures and mentalities is what is holding them back. Funny how you never hear about Spanish or Italian immigrants in the UK going around shiving people in the street shouting God is great! These people will be kicking down our doors if something drastic isn't done, do you think closer safe havens will accept the brunt of responsibility?
