You might not, but what about your neighbours mother who's in a care home? As I said, there's a shortage of hundreds of thousands of carers which is already a sector in which a lot of immigrants work, what happens to those in need of care?

Cash.My Mrs niece went from Canada to NYC for around $100k a year salary,nurses in California are on silly money,nurses in Canada are on more than Brit nurses,can afford to buy a house,have a new car,and have a good lifestyle,there’s a Brit brain drain in health care to Canada,USA,Oz and NZ.

Likewise there’s a Healthcare brain drain from the Philippines,Sri Lanka Nigeria etc to UK.

That's it, they have all moved out for the coin, the NHS is in dire straits as it is, who's willing to take the short to medium term hit in the name of culture? A fella from my the village I grew up in died last week, 45 and keeled over at home, their lass and neighbour was giving him CPR for close to a hour before an ambulance arrived. You can argue that it is ruins because of immigration but you could also argue that it's in ruins because of cuts, either way, you get rid of a lot of the workforce and we will be in even more disarray.

Yes we need the 3rd worlders to look after our old and ill....but if you think that's a good thing to be celebrated then you are a cnut. I can assure you that the politicians that got us into this mess don't have African men with poor English changing their fckin  year old mums knickers. We are in this mess because our nation, culture, values, wages etc have been destroyed by consecutive governments.

My wife has started a care company that only employs British women, to give our elderly the care they deserve. She did this after seeing the disgraceful care given by Africans and Indians who are only doing the job to get themselves and there 12 kids into the UK. Fck them, fck anyone who says we owe them and fck the politicians that got us here

No, you are the silly c**t for just thinking you can click your fingers, make them vanish and all will be fine and dandy, how's about come out of fantasy land and snap back in to reality? Whilst you're at it, the hundreds and thousands of carer vacancies, why haven't they been filled and how do you propose we fill them?

And we agree on something, but we have voted these people in and do you think your hero Farage will be any different, he's already backtracking when pressed on some of the issues I've mentioned, what are you going to say when carers and nurses aren't included in those who may eventually get deported?

I don’t know caregiver visa requirements but I do know immigrant nurses have to pass a decent grade IELTS before they get a visa,it’s a decent grammar test,I tried it and it’s far from easy,this was brought in after an African doctor whose grasp of English was poor had a patient die due to miscommunication.

The same in engineering, we had a Pakistani engineer subcontracting to my last company, they use all the same textbooks, principles, sit the same exams, have the same qualifications, but no, let's go along with the narrative, all 3rd world immigrants bad. Lol

UK needs controlled skilled migration,my missus originally went to UK from Canada on a skills visa,I think it takes 6 years or so from cold till a kid decides to be a nurse to actually getting on a ward,it’s long term hence the NHS cherry picking staff from abroad.

Poor pay and bone idle dole wallahs that's why we have all these vacancies,   but not to worry immigrants are on there way 🥷, can't blame em fer wanting a better life and benefits to do the jobs us Brits won't entertain , say n.more
