Morning. I have just taken delivery of this HW110 I have had several HW100 but this is a different gun altogether. Its like a new gun and I payed £530 posted. I am at the pellet testing stage so far so its scoped but due to only having 27 yards in the garden it will be wearing a diopter soon. My hw44 its smaller brother is now wearing a red dot and is a lot of fun but not as accurate as when I had a diopter on it. The HW110 is a smaller gun than the HW100 and to my surprise is giving 130 shots in .177 if you ignore the Gauge and shoot until the group drops. I got 130 plus 6 dry fires. Yesterday I got a £13 one shot loader for it as the HW44.Must be the best buy in airgunning.nOnce I know the best pellet this gun will have a diopter and a globe sight fitted to the Silencer. Very pleased with it.?64FD2FEE-BCFD-4F4D-9BAF-5A30C84F2F73.jpeg.acf5b472805d38369d9fec2340f0f51b.jpeg  A3EB945B-338F-40F1-B853-0796613A0D65.jpeg.b9176ecb87998a96c7cae97733eeda07.jpeg64C5C1A3-8B57-4329-A0DC-9F0E98B4582C.jpeg.25b586cbeed5acb1c1c2634d4dba70aa.jpeg27F18814-F0B8-4529-9BBC-CCF2A68DA2B9.jpeg.c929e1cc994309ad304b1da3b7d956c7.jpeg

I raised this emoji issue several weeks ago, seems that problems still persist!!!

This was my carbined hw44 yesterday with the red dot at 15 yards. Lots of fun these red dots but after 15 yards the dot starts to get too big for the 50mm bull. Really dont know what to do about that

Pete you have to excuse Phil his old , deaf and blind and can’t shoot . Few on here have been is carer over the years but his so difficult they had to give up ?

I had both a .177 and a .22 compact version and loved them and like Mitch wish I had not sold them. I used JSB in both, Express and Exact in .177 and RS in .22 really nice guns to shoot. I did treat myself to a laminated stock version but it was a crock of shit and had to be returned but I refused to accept it back but my pal has two plus a laminate stock and loves them.

Enjoy

Phil

Always had good results with JSB express or JSB ft pellets . Which I never got rid of mine

Next pellet is express tried exact so so. The two best up to now are ftt trophy and bisley magnum. Testing Magnum later. Show results if you like. No show results even if you dont like.?

Why was the laminate no good. I lusted after one of them but very expensive.

It was not the fact that it was laminated, it was the gun itself, wildly inaccurate and varying power output, very poor grip on the stock.  It was all sorted by Hull Cartridge but I didn't want it back however I loved the black stocked Compact guns and would like another.

Its not worth showing. Its not pellet fussy. Its not really conclusive. Do I go for the best bull or the best average bulls Or the cheapest pellet because they are all ok.

When you say the compact version are you reffering to the carbine version of the hw110.
