I was reading that Charlie Mullins has sold his business for 125 million. Left school at fifteen and built up his empire from scratch. Rather than become a non dom, and avoid around 30 million in tax, he has decided to pay the tax on the sale of his business. He says it wouldn't be patriotic to avoid the tax by moving abroad.
