They come in a variety of sizes,coat colour,  lenght of leg etc... different types for different terrain and quarry,some are Sounders,some like to be mix it,some are iron hard and go in and 'clamp' itself to the quarry...they all have a use..take it on,give it a fair craic of the whip when it's ready... either go or it won't...no point over thinking to much or it will all ready of failed in your mind you will never know sat on here...get out and enjoy your dogs

Ive a dog on atm out of a roberts bitch to a powell dog hes had about 13  14 digs he was easy started but was a slow little dog but every dig hes been going forward and on his animal  hes a  rough dog

Seen a couple of them roberts dogs, proper game things, not for the half hearted.
