I,m quite lucky I have an abattoir a mile up the lane and he has three local shops, the one with the slaughter house is full of Jamaicans every Saturday morning buying up all the oxtail,goat meat cows feet etc, they spend a fortune but like you say pushes it up for everyone, though the beef skirt is still only a £5 a kilo short ribs £10 so still better than many 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
