BBQ Smoker

I like to spray as it’s quicker and I want to keep the heat in my smoker I have got a mop but don’t use it much, at the end of the cook I’ve got this little rubber type paint brush to put the BBQ sauce on if required.

Just at a mates house the now, he's cooked up some scran (no clue what it is apart from chicken lol). I'll get some photies up in a bit after I've done this bottle of wine in

Had to go out for the day with the kids but got these on at 8am , currently sitting at 160f, I cut a collar in half to try different rubs , not expecting great things but we'll see...
