Something like poxon's bitch, but with a tad more whippet in, would be ideal. Especially as you want it more for rabbits.

Right size, tidy jacket, still pretty easily trained, and should be very quick and nimble, ideal.

But as been mentioned, finding such a litter these days isn't as easy as it used to be. 

Maybe a beddy/grey x whippet lol

I think that the conclusion is to be a bit flexible and on the look out for anything collie, beddy, whip or whip / grey and not be too fussed about which when one comes along. 
 

Those pictures are outstanding though, exactly where I want to get to in a couple years!
