DIDO.1 22,862
Does anyone know of anywhere that supplies hi viz terrier harnesses. The sort that they put on beating /driving /tracking dogs on the continent. There are plenty available online but they all look a bit pet/fur baby style. Got a border here that just disappears in the rushes on the moors... And a border lakeland that I've not let of the lead yet and I want to start letting her run with the other Any ideas or suppliers that don't look naff

They do a terrier one, think they are more protection vests though. Some interesting stuff on there. I'll email em to see if they ship to UK

Nicepix 5,650
Just shake the can and apply to dog. You'll get at least ten weeks out of one can. Sorted!

Tyla 3,179
You'd be better off with a GPS collar. No harness is going to allow you to see a dog in thick cover

No harness is going to allow you to see a dog in thick cover It's more so I can see them easier than I'm worried about loosing them, but yes I have considered a collar. I do want some decent harnesses just to walk them on as I prefer harnesses to collars on terriers. Most of the harnesses look a bit soppy, I'm not saying I want em to look hard or anything daft but the Mrs has bought em ones with bows on and that situation can't continue Strong stuff does some harnesses on his face book page so I'm going to contact him. There's been quite a few small dogs attacked near us by big dogs off the lead and I worry about em when the kids take em out....so don't know if to try to incorporate some sort of coat/vest into the harness to at least protect shoulders and front ends. I sort of know what I want in my head but think I'll need to get em made to my own specifications
