Has anyone used this company before? I got a few reloading bits off them before and they seemed Ok.

On 30th June I placed an order with them for 4 items. 3 were in stock and 1 (Nosler) had "Est in stock 14th July." I was happy to wait the 2 weeks for that item, but I didn't realise they wouldn't send the 3 items that were in stock. Still haven't got any of it and the website now says "Est in stock 5th August." I emailed them and was told the site updates the "Est in stock" every day and as they "usually" get Nosler stock in in 2 weeks, the est. date is always 2 weeks in the future. 

This could go on forever as they have no idea when this item is coming into stock and they'll have probably sold the other 3 items by then so back to square one. 

They took the money from my card the minute I placed the order and have been bombarding my inbox with newsletters, but seem unable to keep me updated or supply my goods. 

Bad show CDSG. As soon as I find the goods elsewhere I'll be doing a chargeback on my card.

Haha... he’ll be chuntering like f when he see’s that?

if they can only part fill your order get him to pick them up and our other local shop stocks nosler he can send them on to you!

thats if he’s not fishing?

They haven't even got a phone number on  their website. I'm having trouble locating all 4 items from the same place.

Nope. A crimping tool, a case flaring tool and 2 different weight bullets.

Old Mark has sent me a really snippy reply with what it "clearly" states in their T@Cs and the order has "clearly" been delayed by covid. I think a lot of companies are using covid as an excuse to be sloppy and stick 2 fingers up at their customers.

Anyway, that's an order and customer he's lost.
