First off what make of rifle is it

Just some rifles if empty of air need the cocking bolt pulled back

to fill them up

bsa and some s410,,,s need this done

try this first (remember to remove the mag first as you need to cock the rifle and a loaded mag is not a good thing lol)

Have you got a Foster fitting with a plug/bung so you can turn on the air to full pressure without any coming out of the tank. You will get a true reading of just how much pressure is in the tank. Has the tank been working without issue then just stopped working.

I am tempted to take the bottle back to your rfd (when you are able) and get it checked out for pressure because I there has to be something wrong with the bottle pressure or fittings.

It is a pity you don't have a second bottle to try, I have two, partly as I had two fac rifles which tend to use a fair bit of air but also it gave me a second bottle to take out with me if needed so it is very easy to check if there is a fault.

If you don't have a Foster fitting plug, get one. I use mine to check just how much air is in the tank and for a couple of quid, well worth the dosh.
