spsurfer 891 Posted September 20, 2019 Report Share Posted September 20, 2019 (edited) Hello, here a Jäger for a fellow boy scout (well, better a man in his prime age playing in the woods ;)). 117mm blade from damascus steel from Norbert Bahls and Achim Wirtz, 1.2842, 1.3505 and 75Ni8 in about 300 layers, 122mm handle from bronze, steller seacow and sambar, the pommel will be engraved with the flor de lis emblem. Do you have a power hammer or did you forge it by hand ??? Thanks! The damascus is made by Norbert Bahls and Achim Wirtz, two guys from germany with LOADS of experience in steel and damascus forging.
